About the Community of Laurelwood
Laurelwood is a fantastic community of approximately 225 units built by Woodcrest Development in 1990. It’s located adjacent to the Ralph’s shopping center providing residents an easy walk to all this center has to offer. The community boasts 2 association pools and spas, a clubhouse, and BBQ areas. The HOA fees are $235/month + $88/month and include all of the above mentioned amenities as well as general home owners insurance and trash. The Mello Roos in this community is low at $545.11/year.
Four Different Models (Floor Plans Provided)
The units themselves include a generous patio area with stucco walls (units with both an upstairs and downstairs) and patio/balcony areas (units that are upstairs only) and all include a two car attached garage. There are four different models within the community. The first and smallest is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a two car attached garage. Owners must exit the garage and walk up exterior steps to gain interior access to unit. This unit is located all upstairs, above your garage (known as a carriage unit). This model is named the Winterwood (or floor plan 1) and is approximately 1,000 square feet. See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.
The next model is approximately 1,060 square feet and is called the Springbrook (or floor plan 2). This model includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms with a two car attached garage. This unit also resides above the garages and requires the home owner to exit the garage and climb stairs before gaining access to the interior space. See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.
The third model is the largest of the two bedroom units. This model is approximately 1,365 square feet and is named Summerwind (or plan 3). Owners have direct access from the garage to the interior space (enter through laundry room). Both bedrooms are up stairs and offer en suite bathrooms. See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.
The fourth and final model is the only three bedroom model within Laurelwood. This model entitled, Autumnglen (or plan 4) offers approximately 1,557 square feet with direct garage access (through laundry room) a bedroom downstairs and two up.
