About the Community of Monaco
Monacois a very nice Mediterranean style community of approximately 408 units built by Presley Homes between 1994 – 1996. It’s located near the top of Serrano and just outside the gates of the Viewpointe North condo community. The community boasts a resort like association pool and spa, weight room, clubhouse, and tennis courts. The HOA fee is one of the lowest in all of Anaheim Hills at $189/month and includes all of the above mentioned amenities as well as general home owners insurance. The Mello Roos in this community is very low at $384.25/year.
Five Different Models (Floor Plans Provided)
All units withinMonacooffer two car attached garages with direct access. Monacois the only community inAnaheim Hills92808that
offers a one bedroom unit. The first model known as the Albert (or plan A) is the smallest with one loft type bedroom, one bathroom, approximately 761 square feet of living space and a two car tandem garage. The next model is also a one bedroom model named the Stephanie (or plan B). It offers 883 square feet, one bedroom,

The third model is the smallest two bedroom, two bathroom model with 1,006 square feet of living space. Owners have direct access to their two car attached garage, and all living and sleeping quarters are on the same level (essentially a two level home with garage below and everything else up one level). The fourth model is the largest two bedroom model withinMonaco. This model entitled Grace (or plan D), offers approximately 1,205 square feet with direct garage access (tandem garage) through the laundry room. The fifth and final model is a three bedroom unit (often designed as a two bedroom plus loft) with approximately 1,363 square feet of living space.
