About the Community of Summit Renaissance
Summit Renaissance offers the appeal of European designed villas. This community of 161 units was built in 1994 by Pacific Community Builders. It’s a gated community located just below Viewpointe condos and just above the million dollar guard gated community of Summit Pointe. Summit Renaissance boasts a luxury community pool, spa, and club house. The HOA fee is $245/month and includes all of the above mentioned amenities as well as general home owners insurance. The Mello Roos in the community is very low at: $384.25/year.
Six Different Models (Floor Plans Provided)
Many of the units within Summit Renaissance include three levels and several sets of stairs. As described it’s very European in build
as it’s more up than out. Many people also see this community as a miniSan Francisco. The smallest unit (Plan A) offers a two car attached tandem garage. It’s approximately 1,014 square feet has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.
The next model (Plan B) is approximately 1,183 square feet and again offers a two car attached tandem garage. Thismodel includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.
The third model is a two bedroom, two and one half bath with a two car attached garage. This model is known as Plan C and the bedrooms are dual masters with their own en suite bathrooms upstairs. At approximately 1,035 square feet of living space, this is the second smallest model in this community. See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.
The fourth model (Plan D) is a good sized three bedroom, three bath with the third bedroom located downstairs away from bedrooms one and two. This unit offers dual master bedrooms upstairs with en suite baths. The two car attached garage allows for direct access to an interior stair way that leads to the main living area. The fifth model (Plan E) is approximately 1,225 square feet and offers three bedrooms, two and one half baths. The charm of this model is that the master bedroom is located off the main living space while bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the third level. This unit also includes a two car attached garage. The sixth and final model of this community (Plan F) is a three bedroom, two and one half bath unit with approximately 1,372 square feet of living space. All three bedrooms are located on the third floor of this unit with the main living area on the second level (garage on bottom level).
