About the Community of Viewpointe North

Viewpointe North is a gated community of 356 units and was built in 1993 by Presley Homes.  It’s located near the top of Serrano and is often mistaken as part ofMonacobecause they sit so closely together.  Viewpointe North boasts two community pools, and several separate spas, a club house, BBQ areas, cable tv and courtesy patrol.  The HOA fee is $245/month and includes all of the above mentioned amenities as well as general home owners insurance.  The Mello Roos in the community is very low at: $384.25/year.

 

Eight Different Models (Floor Plans Provided)

Viewpointe North offers the most variety in models of any condo community in Anaheim Hills with eight different floor plans.  They range from 1,048 to 1,611 square feet with one and two car garages.  The second smallest unit (Plan A) offers a one car attached garage and a one stall covered car port.  It’s approximately 1,098 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.

The next model (Plan B) is the smallest at approximately 1,048 square feet and again offers a one car attached garage and a one stall covered car port.  This model also includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.

The third model (Plan C) is a two bedroom, two bath with a loft and a two car attached garage.  At approximately 1,296 square feet of  living space, this model offers a generous amount of space and a good design.  See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.

The fourth model (Plan D) is a good sized three bedroom, two and one half bath with the a patio area and balcony off the master bedroom.  The two car attached garage allows for direct access to the kitchen area.  This model is much larger than the previous models at approximately 1,479 square feet.  See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.

The fifth model (Plan E) is approximately 1,108 square feet and offers two bedrooms and two baths.  This includes a one car attached garage and a one stall covered car port.   See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.

The sixth model of this community (Plan F) is another two bedroom, two bathroom unit with approximately 1,104 square feet of living space.  This is a one story unit with no stairs.  It includes a one car attached garage and a one stall covered car port.  This unit is a bottom unit and will have another unit located directly above.  See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.

The seventh model of this community (Plan G) is a two bedroom, two bathroom with a loft.  It has a two car attached garage that leads to an interior stair way for easy access.  At 1,337 square feet, it has great size as well as two separate decks (one of master bedroom and one off living room).  See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.

The eighth and final model of this community (Plan H) is the largest by far at 1,611 square feet.  It has three bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms, a two car attached garage and both a living and family room.   This square footage truly takes owners beyond the feel of condo living and more into the feel of a single family residence.  See attached PDF for floor plan drawing.
